Simon has more than 25 years of experience in the global investment management industry having held a variety of senior investment management and business leadership roles in London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He was recently appointed as the chair of Queenstown Airport.

Simon joined our Investment Committee as an independent member in January 2022, and became the Investment Committee chair in August 2023.

Simon was appointed to the Board effective 1 December 2024 following a robust externally facilitated appointment process.
