Marion joined the Central Lakes Trust team in May 2023, bringing diverse experience from roles in marketing, advertising, and community promotion. Prior to CLT, she worked for five years at the Cromwell & Districts Promotion Group.

Before moving to New Zealand, Marion spent time in South Africa working at an advertising and branding agency. She started as a copywriter and progressed into the role of creative strategist during her tenure there.

At CLT, Marion most enjoys witnessing all the amazing community-driven work happening across the region. She finds it inspiring to see ordinary people identify needs and collaborate to address them through meaningful initiatives.

Outside of work, family life keeps Marion busy as a parent of two children, but she still manages to carve out time to pursue her passion for the performing arts. Marion serves on the committee for the Fine Thyme Theatre in Cromwell and loves being involved both onstage and off. She also finds creative outlets through writing when the muse strikes and reading in her spare moments.
