Katie joined the Central Lakes Trust team in July 2022, bringing a background in business management from the construction sector. Prior to CLT, she worked as a business manager handling everything from client relationships to IT management and all areas in between.

At CLT, Katie most enjoys being able to work in and for the community through meaningful philanthropy. She finds great satisfaction in her mahi and the ability to see the positive impacts achieved by CLT and its grantees. Katie has always been passionate about the collective good that can be accomplished when building strong relationships and working together.

When not at the office, Katie invests a great deal of her spare time in the performing arts, particularly with the Fine Thyme Theatre Company in Cromwell - her "other" family. She has managed to share her love of theatre with her own family, and you'll often find them all involved whether it's onstage, offstage, or in the audience. If they're not at the theatre, Katie and her family also enjoy getting outdoors to go tramping in the mountains.
